So im kinda new to the napco quickloader with the star comm modem.  Ive assablished a remote connection.   I want to do an upload.  Before i can select doing the upload the panel hangs up on me.  The manufacture says that i need to buy another part.  PCi-2000?   This is getting to be the biggest P.I.A panel that i have ever worked with.   Does anyone have another sollution for me?

Thanks,  M@

The PCI 2000 holds open the  phone line, so instead of using the PCI 2000, when you establish a connection with the panel, take the phone off the hook, so the panel doesn't hang up on you.

The downloader phone line on your end.
