I have a DSC PC1864 with PC5132-433 all works well, but when i activate RF Delinquency in section [804][90]-5 to YES and Section [022]-6 to YES, I get a Module Status "Device Low Battery" I look at all the 20 Wireless sensors, all the batteries are good and fresh. The system shows no low batteries, yet all 20 wireless zones are delinquent. Any one knows why? All the 20 zones are supervised. Section [804][81] Wireless Supervisory Window is set to 96 X15min or 24Hr. The system works well yet I have this RF Delinquency problem. Help Please.

If your PC5132 is version 4.2 or lower, Section 90, Option 5 is off by default and should be left that way.

Check the version number on the 5132 board (DLS can get it wrong).

Can not get to the can. It is deep in the utility closet. I will need to dissemble a AV rack in order to get there. I got this alarm system new about five month ago. Nice DSC system.

The model/version number is important.  The functionality is not supported on the PC5132 (v4.2 and lower), it is supported on the RF5132 (v5.0 and up).

You could check with the installer.

If your equipment does support the option, the next step in troubleshooting would be a default to factory programming and then, reprogramming (from scratch, not a download of current programming from DLS).

If the option is not supported, the effort would be wasted and an upgrade would be required.

In either event, it would be prudent to determine the model/version before proceeding.

A Hardware change; moving from a PC5132 to an RF5132 (actually, an update/upgrade).
