I took a look at one of these systems, took me a while to realize that it operated normally open  and found the short. there was a remote annunciator  model #14080 that may have gone bad, I've done some searches and have not found any of these parts available.  does anyone know if parts are available or if this is a system that is meant to be serviced only by authorized dealers.

Wanderguard is the same as a HUGS system, just larger persons involved. Same components are typically installed, however what is installed in the field may or may not match documentation or typical sysem design.

Have you contacted Stanley CSS regarding the parts yet? They'll typically sell (to the best of my knowledge and experience) to integrators but not end users.

I'd like to be called sir at least once without being followed with "you're making a scene"
