We have a NX-6 unit. Earlier today, one of the sensors on a perimeter door was activated - even though the door remained closed and secure.

Our security company is closed for the holiday.

How do we fix it?

Hello and welcome to the Forum.

First suggestion is can you provide more information??

Is it a hardwired or wireless sensor??

Was the system armed or disarmed at the time?? 

Is the system monitored??

That should do for starters.

Not sure whether it is hard wired or wireless. The system is monitored and it was armed at the time. Thanks.

Since it has been some time since your problem happened, has it happen since??

Are you experience any other issues?? 

Or is all good at this time??
