But all you have to do here is let the DIY forum community know the situation, and you have got dozens of technical support representatives researching your problem because it is fun to them, not because it is an obligation of their duties as an employee. Plus, you will have various routes to take, or then again, each poster may say the same thing and then you know that is what you have to do. Either way, the end result is a lot better than staying on hold on the phone, listening to dull music while the person on the other end wishes they had another job.
